Mama’s got a new pair of shoes

Well, I’m not anyone’s mama yet, but I did get a new pair of shoes, or to be exact – boots!
It has been quite an agonizing journey to find them, but I have to say it’s kinda like dating – once you’ve found the one, you just know it’s right. ;)
Only after I asked to try them on, did I find out they’re Jeffrey Campbell boots. I’ve seen a few bloggers wearing his shoes and also a few local fashionistas, actually never heard of him before lately…

Anyway, they’re gorgeous and I’m totally in love with them.
Sorry for the low quality of the pics, I just wanted to show them off so I couldn’t help myself and took the photos on my phone.

I hope to post many more looks in the near future with me in them. :)

I also forgot to say the box is totally adorable! As a cat lover, it just won me over…

Till next time…Thanks for reading!

Asymmetric Geometric

This will be my first post, very exciting! Although I imagine almost no one will see it… :/

Anyway, I thought I’d start with sharing one of my latest looks/purchases.

asymmetric blouse

What am I wearing?

Asymmetric blouse from Sheinside, skinny jeans from Mango (last year) and laced-up ankle boots from Republic footwear, a local Israeli brand. I’m actually in a frantic search right now for ankle boots with heels, but that’s a story for another post.

What I love about this look –

I love asymmetric clothing, as long as it’s not too much so that it makes your proportions all weird. I’m also a big fan of button down tops. I love geometric shapes, either in tops or dresses and lastly I love the fabric of this shirt, which is flowing and pleasant and allows a certain distance from the body.

I thought this top is interesting enough, so I kept everything else pretty basic. I do have a tendency for minimalism as it is…

That’s it for now, thank you for reading!
